Vaguely Vegas is composed of Tommy Dean on vocals, Michael Ewbank on Piano, Multi-instrumentalist Ken Gregory, and Omar Martinez on Drums and Percussion.  These guys all have a long history in various musical projects, and have come together to play some of the music they love… and it shows in their performances.  Not only are they truly talented cats, but they have a fantastic charisma and presence, and their performances simply demand your attention and enthusiasm.  The members of this project have recorded with many famous folks over the years, and Tommy has made a name for himself as a songwriter, with songs recorded by Joe Walsh, Joe South, Tinsly Ellis, and Billy Joe Royal among others.  Between them, they have not only performed all over the country, but all over the world, and their many and varied influences come through in their performances.  If you are looking for an interesting lounge-style act that is whatever the opposite of “cheesy” is… these are the cats for you!  They can perform as a full band, or as a keyboard and vocal duo, playing the standards that you know and love, and will not only “take you back…”, but will knock your socks off in the process!
